Guest TrishE
Welcome sunnysideup You cant fail if you never start and even then you cant. You have to remember this journey is ALL about you. This is your start to a healthy life, so if you start running and absolutely hate everything about it, thats alright! There are so many other ways to get a great cardio work out. I know a lot of people who are in peak condition that dont run. They do a lot of weight training and get their cardio from biking or zumba or some other workout. Being pro runner I will say that there is no better feeling in the world than finishing a run, because no matter how long you have gone its great for you. There is no reason to be afraid of it, this is your body. Running is just a tool to help shape it. i wish you the best of luck. These forums are wonderful because its a totally judgment free zone where you can ask questions or ask for motivation and support.
