Hello and welcome.

It all depends on where you run. Every surface will affect your body differently. When you run outside on the road youll have the pavement, which is a little more unforgiving than a treadmill and you will also have the elements. Running in the fresh air is great but unfortunately there are so few days where the temperature and mother nature all work together to make the perfect setting. I love running outside. If you get an opportunity give it a go a couple times. :)
