Mukul
Started the 5k program in last week of feb. Never been a runner. Used to look at Week 5 day 3 and wonder how on earth I'm ever gonna do it. Somebody might have to pick me up after I fall on the ground out of breath. Lol. Here I am having nailed it smooth as ever. Running faster than I used to - average pace of 9 minutes per km. now looking forward to finishing 5k in three weeks time and then running in an actual 5k. Thanks C25k. I never believed these fitness apps worked. But yeah now I can vouch for it!

Marny
I just started today and I'm becoming more and more inspired by those who have never been runners! The last time I ran was in middle school track 30+ years ago! Both knees aren't great, but I'm going to continue and will not give up. Thanks for your post! Mukul
Well you have taken the first step, now you don't stop. It requires patience, will and discipline. And most importantly enjoy it, love it. If it's a burden in your head, it will never happen. All the best!
