rcrosslin Posted April 6, 2015 Report Share Posted April 6, 2015 I found this app after completing the following jog/walk. I warmed up and jogged 3 minutes and walked 1 minute. I did this for 30 minutes today and completed 1.6 miles. Would you suggest I start from the beginning of the program. I would like to run in a 5k race on 6/6. Thank you for any feedback. If you find it too easy than skip ahead to week two and so forth until you find a day thats challenging but not impossible. Good luck!
