sarita
I did it W3D5 complete! I was nervous because I had to fly back home for a funeral, so I was unable to train for a week. Yesterday I just went for a walk/jog just to ease myself back into the program. Today I jogged not for 20 but 25 minutes straight! I followed the advice of everyone on here and just went slow about 13.3 mph (yes very slow) but I did it. I think it's as much of a mental challenge as a physical. Just believe in yourself and you will be amazed at what your body can do. But to be fair I may of had some help from one of heaven's newest angels my grandma! Guest TrishE
Congrats Sarita! Getting support from loved ones here and with God is always a great motivator! Next time you run and you find yourself struggling dedicate your next mile to your Grandma for a little extra bit of motivation Good luck with the rest of the program!
