Han Banan
I am starting this app tomorrow. Today I got on my treadmill and ran as far as I could without stopping to take a break. I did this just so at the end I could see how much I have improved! I was a runner about four years ago but that was my freshmen year in high school and I pick up golf and bowling. During the bowling season, my knees became messed up and I used that as an excuse to not run anymore but now that I am in college and am not doing any sports I decided that this is the time! I am going to start running again! Wish me luck that I can stick with it.
Han Banan
I ended up not starting the app yesterday because when I had time to run I didn't have a treadmill to my access and it was snowing. Haha! I was not going to run in the snow! Anyways I started today and I feel great. I actually didn't struggle much at all like I thought I was going too. So I did pretty good overall! I hope I can keep going with this!

Han Banan
So I feel really bad because I have ran in like 3 days Saturday and Sunday I wanted to take off and I planed on running again today (Monday) but I ended up having to work so I am going to run once in the morning tomorrow and once in the evening. Even though I can't run today, at work I stand and am constantly moving so I am at least on my feet moving.
Guest TrishE
Dont feel guilty you have to be realistic and flexible with your journey. You will miss workouts. Sometimes itll be outside of your control sometimes itll be because you simply dont want to exercise. Just accept it and move on to your next run! Good luck
Han Banan
That is what I did today. I did week one day two. Overall I think I did pretty good. I had some set backs... I guess I can call them that... I tried the workout once this morning but I had cramps in my ribs area really bad I had to stop. They hurt a lot. I thought about why I was getting them because on the first day, I didn't have any cramps at all. After thinking about it I think they were because I ate lunch like 20 minutes before trying to run. So I stopped and waited like an hour and a half. I did pretty good, didn't have any cramps until the last 60 seconds of running. I worked through them because I had 15 second of running left when they started getting bad and then I started cool down. However, through all the cramps, I had some accomplishments today too. I ran faster than what I did the first day. On my treadmill the first day, I ran 4.0 and today I ran 4.4. Another things I am proud of is I ran 1.6 miles in 30 minutes, which is more that the first day as well! So some good things today and some bad things I learned from, but I am not going to let that stop me. I learned from my mistakes and am going to keep going! I have time tomorrow to run so hopefully I can keep up the hard work I've started!
