I currently weigh 76kg and stand at 186cm tall, but I have noticed some unwanted fat accumulating in certain areas such as my belly and chest. At the gym, I have access to a variety of machines and dumbbells. What training regimen do you suggest for losing body fat and gaining more muscle definition?
