week 4 day 1 completed

I just finished W4D1.  My body is complaining a bit, but not too badly.  Mostly cramping calves and a sore heel.  It's amazing, each first workout I think that I may have to stop and walk part way through.  So far, I've managed to complete all the jogging intervals.  Granted, I jog VERY slowly.  But I manage.  By the third workout of the week though, I find that it's not so bad.  Just in time for the next challenge...  Oh well.  So far, I'm managing.
