amber minton Posted March 10, 2015 Report Share Posted March 10, 2015 I did week one day 1 yesterday and am very sore today. Anyone know what I can do to improve the sorenesS? I am looking to lose 100 pounds in about a year and a half hopefully get in shape cause I'm very out of shape. Need lots of encouragement.
