amber minton Posted March 10, 2015 Report Share Posted March 10, 2015 I did week one day 1 yesterday and am very sore today. Anyone know what I can do to improve the sorenesS? I am looking to lose 100 pounds in about a year and a half hopefully get in shape cause I'm very out of shape. Need lots of encouragement. A good stretch routine before and after is always helpful, so is yoga once or twice a week. For a more instant pain relief Im always a huge fan of advil and icy hot. Running is a great way to lose weight and to become healthier over all but dont forget a healthy diet is very important. Im not saying deprive Im saying healthier choices. This will help keep your body strong and well nourished as it starts to lose weight. Id definitely look into getting a good pair of running shoes as well. Theyre expensive but if you can swing it theyre worth every penny Good luck I hope you keep us posted on your progress! We are here for help and encouragement if need be.
