I'm trying to join the army so I need to be able to run 2 miles in 19 mineuts. which I just can't I can't keep my breath and my pulses sky rockets any advice? Unfortunately running isnt something that can happen over night. You may have to start off a little bit slower and build up your endurance before working on your speed and time.
