jully
I've been trying to start living a healthier life and be fit but I'm a full time student in college and I also work; so it's really hard to find time to exercise and it's hard to eat healthier cause af all the cafeteria food!. So how do people find time to exercise and stay motivated and also how do I eat healthy if I don't have time to make anything healthy?! Guest TrishE
Hello and welcome Its tough finding that right time to work out during the day especially when its as full as yours. You just have to find what works best for your schedule whether it been early in the morning or late in the evening or on a lunch break. Just do what you can. As for eating healthy when the cafeteria is so easy i completely understand. If time and budget allow it there are a lot of great tips to grocery shopping and making up premade meals and storing them in your fridge on pinterest or other websites. Id give that a shot. If thats not an option just make sure your portions are smart as are your food choices, even if that means eating a lot of the same things good luck! I hope you keep us posted on your progress! Han Banan
I completely understand! I am also a full time college student and work a part-time job. I am fortunate that my work is right down the street from a park so either in between school and work or on my break from work I go there and at least walk. Anything that gets me active. As for food, on the weekend, I make up a "menu" for the week and figure out what I am going to pack each day for lunch and dinner. Then I make up any food that I can that won't go bad before I eat it. By doing this it just helps me from standing in front of the refrigerator for 20 minutes in the morning staring at the food wondering what to pack that day. Another suggestion that has nothing to do with food or running, but it helps me save time. Also on the weekend after I get done making my "menu" and food, I pick out all my clothes for the week, that way when I get up in the morning I can just get up grab the clothes and get ready, rather than standing in front of my closet for another 10 minutes trying to figure what to wear each day. I will tell you that between the food and clothes, it does take me some time, but it saves me a ton of time during the week. Not sure if any of this will help, but it helps me so hopefully it will at least a little bit!
