Hi my name is Michelle, I was an athete a year ago I tore my Tband in my left knee I was unable to workout and it made me so angry, I finally had the chance to workout again after a year it felt so great. Five months ago I was rearended by another vehicle injuring my neck, lower back and my left arm. I am able to workout however, I am restricted from doing strength training by my doctor as it irritate my lower back.. I am glad to workout and hope I can get some Info how to train with my injury..

Which injury are you speaking of, the tband or the back and neck or both? Are you looking for running advice or possible ways to strength train or both?
