Its important to remind yourself of that whenever you hit a plateau and those numbers on the scale stop moving. Dont forget to set good goals and reward yourself when you reach them! At the age of 46, I never ever thought I would be able to jog..........6 weeks later I can now run for 25mins. I am loving it and feel a real sense of achievement. Let us know how you get on.
