Dmosby
is it more important to finish the time or the distance. Since week 5 I have been focused on the time as I cannot run a 10 minutes mile. So I have just been trying to run at pace for the allotted time. Is that ok? Guest TrishE
Yes perfectly ok! At this point its all about the time and building endurance. Dont worry if you havent hit a ten minute miles thats actually a lot harder than people think haha You just want to run for the amount of time it tells you and build up distance and speed later. This program was made to help people who dont normally run start building the habit in such a way it becomes just that, a habit. Just keep doing what youre doing. Youre doing great
