Just joined the forums. Started the c25k program in december. Coworkers wanted to do a tough mudder and I figured it was motivation to get in shape again.

 

So I started the the c25k program along with tons of weight training and circuit training. We just did the tough mudder (10.5 mile obstacles course) last weekend in 2 hours 10 minutes, not too bad as they said average was 2.75-3.5 hours. But I still have a lot of work to do, I want to go back next year and beat that time.
