Finished Week 5 Day 3, the 20 minute run, last night and I feel so accomplished! ! Plan on incorporating strength training on my rest days. Guest Tim Posted July 22, 2014 Report Share Posted July 22, 2014 Great job, Rachel! I knew that 20-minute run was coming for a few days and didn't think there was any way I could do it. I actually had trouble sleeping the night before because I was nervous. I crushed it and felt accomplished, just like you! And now I look forward to doing more and more.
