Hello my name is Rachel and I will be turning the big 4-0 on Monday!! Finished Week 5 Day 3, the 20 minute run, last night and I feel so accomplished! ! Plan on incorporating strength training on my rest days. Wish me luck

Great job, Rachel! I knew that 20-minute run was coming for a few days and didn't think there was any way I could do it. I actually had trouble sleeping the night before because I was nervous. I crushed it and felt accomplished, just like you! And now I look forward to doing more and more. I ran the 22 minutes this morning, and I'll be going to 25  minutes in a few days, and I can't wait to push myself to that.
