naumom57 Posted July 12, 2014 Report Share Posted July 12, 2014 So, I finished week 1. I did the program on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. I had a day off in between as it recommends. My question is do I start week 2 on Saturday or on Sunday? If I start on Saturday, it seems like the program is an every other day workout. It says it is a 3 times/week program. Advice??
