Hello everyone!
I noticed a common theme of mental health illnesses affecting many users on here. In the past year, I struggled with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Turns out running is a great form of physical exercise but also helps all of the mental disorders mentioned above!
I ran my first 5k in December in the Midwest. It’s called the Santa Hustke 5k and if you’ve never done a 5k before I highly recommend it! Very excited to meet you all and be a part of this community.
