Help please !
I have completed the C25K & C210K apps, and although I am pleased with my efforts I am probably no where as quick as the apps would like me to be (probably because I am 40+ years old and 6st over weight - but I am getting there!)
But I am carrying on regardless - so here is my question - do I start the half marathon app from week 1 - or can or start on a different week having finished the 10k?
