I recently started using your C25K app. I really like it, thus far, but I have a question. I accidentally skipped a workout and can not find a way to go back to it. If I touch on the skipped day, it doesn't take me back, rather, it keeps me on the same day. Is there a way to go back and pick up a skipped day, or do I need to repeat the current day exercise in order to stay up to date. It seems like I should be able to go back. Am I missing something??
