Dear all, I'm Åsa. (Female, age 40, Swedish) I've used the apps from Zen Labs before and I love them. During the winter I was using the 13.1, on my way towards my first ever half marathon, despite being 30 lbs overweight. Then a skiing trip caused a knee injury and since April I haven't been able to run at all. During the last two months other factors have kept me from all exercise and I'm now in an awful shape. But as I'm a firm believer in the saying "it's not how many times you fall down that matters, it's how many times you get back up", I'm starting from scratch again. Due to my knee, I need to be careful, but I'm determined to "get back up" once more, however long it may take.
