    I agree with them. K2 tape with definitely help, if you sweat a lot then add the compression socks. Grab a lacrosse ball and roll out your shins before and after running
  2. Have you tried doing some mobility? There are some videos on YouTube to help. I'm thinking if you are having knee and hip pain on he same side it's hip related. I suggest getting a foam roller and a lacrosse ball. Rolling out before any exercise has worked miracles for me.

    Top of foot pain

    I've experienced pain in the top of my right foot for several years now. Some people say, lace your shoes differently, it's your arch, it's your shoe, stretch, etc. I've done something for everything suggested. Anyone have any ideas as to what it might be or what to do to fix it without a dr?
