Hi everyone. I started C25K a little while ago and am on week 4 Day 2. I hadn't run since I was 16 years old and am now 38. This program has helped me and is helping me get back active and I don't feel overwhelmed. I am 5'7 and weigh 232lbs. I want running to become a hobby of mine and I plan to start participating in 5K competitions. I don't see the scale moving, but in time I hope because my goal is to lose weight and get fit!
