I'm jenn. I don't run, I do walk. I want to get my 5k to 45 minutes and want to use the app to do it. I have a 5k set for September and I haven't trained in over a year so here I am.
I used the app and program before. I want to try the updated version and get my time down and get healthy again. I have a 5k I want to at least walk under an hour in September. good luck everyone!
