Im just trying to gauge where I am, sorry im new to this program and not sure if im on the right track. Im starting week 7 (I started at week 5) and im running at 5.5ks but scrolling thru it looks like the 5k is based on 30mins. What speed is recommended to get a 5k done in the 30mins as I really dont think ill be able to push a 6k speed
