Hi all, I just finally got a treadmill yesterday, and I started c25k this morning. I'm really thrilled to get going! I've never run. I'm a heavy and muscular build, so I thought running it just not for me. Well, I was wrong! I love it!
Anyway, I'm just getting started because I'm finishing grad school so I'll have time for myself again. I have a 5 year old and a really supportive partner. Totally excited to get back into my body.
