  1. I had a lot of shoulder issues when I trained for my half-marathon. I ended up seeing a PT who gave me some great exercises to help strengthen and stretch the area. Plus she was able to work it out and dig in there to help relieve some of the inflammation much better than I could by myself. I also suggest you invest in a good foam roller. It will help ease shoulder soreness and any other area that needs attention. Good luck!
  2. I am a mom of 2 and always looking for more motivation to keep working out and eating right. I've recently undergone skin removal surgery because of all the weightloss I had over the last 10 years. It was a slow process for me, but definitely made it more sustainable. I am still recovering from surgery and find it hard to stay on track because I am not allowed to workout. I'm joining this forum to help keep my spirits up and make the choice never to go back to where I started.
