I am a mom of 2 and always looking for more motivation to keep working out and eating right. I've recently undergone skin removal surgery because of all the weightloss I had over the last 10 years. It was a slow process for me, but definitely made it more sustainable. I am still recovering from surgery and find it hard to stay on track because I am not allowed to workout. I'm joining this forum to help keep my spirits up and make the choice never to go back to where I started.
