Hi I'm Maranda, I'm 22 and extremely over weight. I have lost 11 pounds using my fitness pal, in fact that's where I learned about this app, so that's good. I just finished day 2 and am so excited. I didn't think I could do it but I did. I can't wait to see what I an capable of after its all said and done.
Also it says week 1 day 3 is there a week 1 day 4 and so on or do I just do it 3 times a week.
