I want to start tomorrow too and just not sure that I will follow through. I was overzealous with exercise last year and had to stop, so I am fearful of overdoing it again. The fact that you used to run regularly is a good thing; I am sure that once you start, you will gain momentum and it'll get easier. One more thing: if you start to do it, you won't fail, even if you have to initially take it very slow. I'll let you know if I heed my own advice and start tomorrow!
