A friend of a friend started this, and I thought it sounded really interesting so I stole the idea. Been going to the gym for 3 consistent weeks a couple to four times a week. Still nervous to start this tomorrow because ... Running is exhausting and awful at first.
A couple questions!
-Has anyone lost any weight doing this??
-Can you do day 1 twice and day 2 twice etc until comfortable or is that not productive?
