I'm a thirty-seven year old Mother of three. My son is a distance runner in track and field, the only 12 year old in our entire city to make Varsity Track! (Beyond Proud Momma here) I love to work out, building core strength, and doing whatever I can to look, feel, and be fit. I walk a lot, and I'm hoping to build my daughters(16 & 11) interest in staying fit & eating clean. My goal is for my children, and myself, to run our hearts out, bond & raise a booty load of money for cancer research in October! I've never been much of a runner, and I've only jogged a handful of times, so this is band me for me I'm glad to meet you all. STAY FOCUSED, YOU GOT THIS!!!
