Hi there! I've read good reviews of the app so thought I'd give it a try. 34yo mom of three, progressively getting in better shape after years of not doing consistent exercise. Started running again two weeks ago and I have a marked trail near my house... I'm running a 13min mile and consistently run for 20mim and feel pretty good, although breathing is heavy, no way I could jog and have a conversation. Wondering if you'd recommend I still start at Week 1, Day 1?
