Hi I'm Lady J and I'm on week 2 and finished day 1 yesterday. I was a bit more challenging at run 3, however I made it through. I'm glad I started this program and knowing there are others like me starting out. Looking forward to day 2 tomorrow.

HI I'm a newbie too,I'm on week 2 day 1. I found the extra. 25 seconds a bit challenging today but , I made it through. Congrats on quiting smoking.
