I love this app(c25k)! Helps push myself and gives me a goal, something I've seriously been lacking. This first day wasn't easy, towards the end my pace was a lot slower but thanks to this app(and an amazing space Jame pandora playlist) I finished.
I unintentionally skipped the "cool down" at the end which I think was about 3 minutes and I experienced some light dizziness and nausea. I read this is normal if you stop exercising abruptly, is that right? But other than that, I'm on my way, wish me luck!
