Hello! My name is janiebeth & I just finished W1D1 again. I started this a few weeks back.....and quit. I talk myself out of continuing on with this due to some dumb excuse. I want to do this & have a new lifestyle change & be healthy. I'm hoping that getting plugged into this APP & receiving positive encouragement will help me move forward this time.
