Hi Everyone!
I am 25 and new to running! My friend at work told me about couch to 5k and it sounded like it might be something I could try so I decided to do it! I completed week one day 2 today and it was good! Something I struggle with is sticking to exercise plans and not giving up and giving into my Netflix and chips. So I'm hoping that I can stay motivated and make it to the 5k!
