My name is Carl, and I want to get back to my HS weight of 165 lbs! 65 lbs ago. I just started eating healthy but my exercises could use a lot of work! So I'm going to try this out! I just got an 8 year old rescue dog named Mita(Me•ta) who is in better shape than I am! LoL! Is there a way I can do c25k and not wear her out in the process?
