I'm Amy and I have been lazy for waaaaay too long. I decided a few days ago to start the c25k, downloaded the app and I have already completed 2 of my 3 days on week 1! I've found that I am a little slower than I thought but at this point I don't care because I am at least off my couch. Today we took the dogs out for week 1 day 2. I think I may have pulled a muscle in my butt? Maybe TMI but it is sore! Every time I walk it tenses up. I'm hoping that by Friday I will be better enough to at least go for a fast walk instead of a limp haha.
