  1. My legs cramped. I had to walk half the workout. Does that mean I just need to stretch more? Buy new shoes? Should I repeat day 3 again?
  2. Finished my 2nd day! It was easier than yesterday
  3. Just started my first day. I used to run a long time ago and now I remember why I didn't enjoy it so much. My shin and ankles hurt when I run. Any suggestions?
