I finally finished the eight weeks of training this week! Murat 5k is tomorrow!! Every time I think about it I get sick to my stomach lol. I just want to be able to finish without walking. I didn't walk once throughout the training! I finished the app night before last but I only ran 2.6 miles in the 30 minutes. I know have to go 3.1 tomorrow and the end is kind of uphill...not too steep though. I know that it's okay if I have to walk but I REALLY don't want to!! I'm hoping that with some "race day magic" that I hear people talk about I'll be able to do it. Does anyone have any tips for me?? Also, the race is in the morning...I usually run at night so I don't really have a breakfast routine I factor in. Any suggestions on when/if I should eat and what and when??
