Last night I ran on the treadmill.... It was super rainy and muddy here, and when it says run 1 mile or 10 minutes after 10 minutes i'm not at a mile. I was only at 0.75 for my distance. Ok so my question is is that normal to not be able to do a 10 minute mile , week 6 day 2.
