  1. Thank you both, this helps immensely. I took a day off this week between runs and feel much better now. Before that my body was so exhausted. As someone new to regular exercise taking that break I think is going to be necessary for a while. I am going to work toward daily eventually. My biggest fear is when I take a day off I never go back, but this time I did
  2. i'm brand new to c25k and new to exercise in general. I noticed there r only 3 days per week on the program. Am I supposed to repeat the days to get to 6 days and rest on the 7th? Currently I've been running every day now for a week. I thought I'd lost count when it said I was on week 2
