Original Poster here....Well I did it. After my 3rd attempt I ran for 20 minutes without stopping. It feels great. It took me 4 times to get past W1D1 back in May. If someone told me that on August 1st I could run for 20 minutes without stopping I would have thought they were crazy. One thing that I did today that worked for me was the first 15-16 minutes I listened to an audio book that I am really enjoying (10% Happier). It seemed to help me really focus on that and the last few minutes had to play some Dubstep. Just keep trying and you will get there. Now on to week 6!
