Advice please! Between one thing and another I've been away from the 10k plan for about 3 weeks, having gone as far as Week 3, Day 2. Should I take a few steps back to get back into it? I've been cycling a good bit in the meantime - I cycle an 8k round trip to and from work minimum 3 days a week, so I don't feel like I've lost any momentum fitness-wise.
