Hello,I can't believe I ran 20 mins non stop today in my wk5/4. Its been amazing. Never ran for a full 2 mins without gasping! Can I take the next 3 days off and continue from wk6? Any tips on how to survive the next weeks will be greatful. BTW,been following the motivations of people on the forums and it has really helped me so far!thanks all.
