  1. Thanks TrishE. I'm losing weight gradually but not as fast as I would like to. I may have to look into my diet. Btw, any recommendation on site I could read more about foods? Thanks.
  2. Thanks to the app,I'm able to run 5k. I ran my third 5k today and it's unbelievable! I plan to do the run 3 days in a row and alternate the 4th run. Any advise on how to sustain my runs will be helpful.
  3. Hello,I can't believe I ran 20 mins non stop today in my wk5/4. Its been amazing. Never ran for a full 2 mins without gasping! Can I take the next 3 days off and continue from wk6? Any tips on how to survive the next weeks will be greatful. BTW,been following the motivations of people on the forums and it has really helped me so far!thanks all. Looking forward to running 5k. I have paid for the pro to support Zen Labs.
