  2. Hi, im new to this. Never ran in my life. Im a 34 woman and im overweight. About 260 pounds. Aint proud of it so i decided to subscribe to a gym where i heard that a woman heavy like me should not run because i can injure my knees and then im screw for life. It got me concern and a bit scared! Should i lose serious amount of weight before running? Is this true?
  3. Me i use the app Spotify premium and i chose a playlist for training. I just cant live without that music app! You can sync playlist or albums so you can listen to them when youre offline!
