So this may have been answered below but I looked at FAQ and searched and could not find an answer, so here goes: ive been running for 7 weeks and I just bought an Apple Watch 7 and have the pro app. I started a run and while running I started the app on my phone. It was active throughout my whole workout and I thought it recorded my run. Now it’s neither recorded on my phone or my watch! Very annoying. now note that I use cellular and ran without my phone. Is that possible or do I have to run with my phone for my workout to be synced with the app?
