Hi!
I'm turning 40 in December and I challenged myself to run a full marathon for my birthday. Before this January I had never tried running. I've never been a sports person and I'm overweight, so I'm trying to get in shape and loose weight. I started the C25K in mid January and transitioned to the 10K program half way through. I let myself be lazy for a few weeks but now I'm back on the program and I'm on week 6 of the 10k trainer. I went back a couple of days to get my condition back. I started outdoors but because of bad weather I had to switch to the treadmill and now that the weather is nice again I fear switching back outdoors... What do you suggest? Also, I wanted to complete the 10 K trainer and then start the Full marathon trainer skipping the 21K one... Also looking for suggestions on that. Any comments or suggestions are welcome!
